This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the non-refundable deposit required for enrolling in our aesthetic medicine treatments and training courses. By making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposit Requirement:
Deposit Amount: A non-refundable deposit for Treatments or Trainings is required to secure a place for your appointment or training. This deposits covers the cost of products, prescriptions and preparing training materials, securing training facilities, and other administrative expenses incurred in anticipation of your participation.
Payment Terms:
The deposit must be paid in full at the time of registration to confirm your enrolment.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Specific instructions for each method will be provided during the registration process.
Non-Refundable Clause:
Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this non-refundable deposit policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellation by Participant: Should you choose to cancel your enrolment to either treatment or training deposit will not be refunded.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your training session, you must notify us at least 30 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days prior to the training date may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the training, you will be notified as soon as possible. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
